A Night at the Inn!
We are pleased to announce that The Tormaukin's rooms, all revamped and refurbished, are set to reopen very soon! All being well with the Scottish government's lifting of restrictions, we are now taking bookings for stays from Friday 28th May onwards, and will be open for accommodation every Wednesday to Sunday night.
All 10 of our rooms are brimming with character and decorated in their own unique style, with beamed ceilings, handpicked furniture and home-from-home comforts, including flat-screen televisions, espresso machines, and natural luxury toiletries. Get ready for a great night's sleep, and sink into our hypoallergenic duvets and pillows which feel like down and luxury orthopaedic mattresses. Wake up each morning to a full Scottish breakfast & an array of hot cooked dishes, included in all our rates.

The Olde Inn Rooms
Our seven individually-designed Olde Inn rooms blend Scottish heritage with original period features and splashes of flamboyance. From grand and traditional to plush and contemporary, we highly recommend letting us know your preferred room for a truly tailored and unique stay!
Leading upstairs to the rooms is a hallway embellished with Hugh Mackay tartan carpets and framed photographs of local wildlife, where you will find the guest sideboard containing local information, a bowl of sweet treats and a resident's welcome fridge with complimentary fresh milk and Highland Spring water.
£100-£120 per room per night, including a full Scottish breakfast & an array of other hot cooked dishes.
The Coach-House Rooms
Our three Coach-House rooms are quaint and cosy, decked in traditional tartans and named after local beauty spots within our glen. Perfect for guests holidaying for outdoor pursuits, they are external to the main inn and ideal for those who seek to come and go as they please. All have brand-new refurbished private ensuite which come with baths and overhead showers.
Dogs are more than welcome in these rooms and for no extra fee, and we offer complimentary whisky-barrel or wicker dog baskets, water/food bowls, doggie treat bags, and biodegradable waste bags.
£100 per room per night, including a cooked full Scottish breakfast & an array of other hot cooked dishes.
Our attention to detail and commitment to our guests is sure to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one! We are currently only offering a minimum of two nights stay, but in case of large group bookings of multiple rooms, we will consider accommodating for just one night upon enquiry. Although the inn and its facilities are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, extended week-long or even monthly stays are possible upon special arrangement. As we always welcome business travellers, reduced rates are available for solo guests.
If you book via the above online booking system, we will call you on the phone number provided in order to collect the card details necessary to secure the booking. Payment for rooms is not taken immediately and is only charged upon check-in, which is from 3pm-5pm, although late check-in can be arranged. Check-out is by 10.30am. A hearty full cooked Scottish breakfast & an array of other hot cooked dishes, is included in all rates. Breakfast is served from 8am until 9am on weekdays, and 8am to 9.30am on weekends. Free WiFi is available in our snug/reception.
Dogs are more than welcome to stay with you in our Coach-House rooms, and also publicly in our snug to join you for food or drinks by the fire. We kindly ask that you keep your dogs under control and on a leash to respect your fellow guests, and that dogs are not left unattended in your room and kept off the beds and furnishings.
We are a small family business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away other potential guests. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene. In the event of a cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, full payment for the total sum of the stay will be taken.
